(b. 2003, Pereira, Colombia) is a stage and film actor working between New York City and Colombia.
 
He graduated from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York (Class of 2024), where he trained under Samrat Chakrabarti, Rachel Botchan, Matthew A.J. Gregory, and David Dean Bottrell. He also studied at Stella Adler Studio of Acting.
 
Santiago is a former Resident Artist at La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club (2024–2025 season), where he began developing his debut full-length play Mayonnaise Rizadas and Gatorade. The first stage of development included a sold-out staged reading and a sold-out staged preview at La MaMa, with the full production set to premiere in 2026.

He has performed with Yoshiko Chuma and The School of Hard Knocks, known for creating performances in both traditional and non-traditional spaces. His collaborations with Chuma include Kinetic Mirrors, Portraits, & Beyond at Theaterlab, Extreme Classics, presented at La MaMa ETC, Mark Morris Dance Center, and a private brownstone, and My Dinner with Morgan.


Other recent stage credits include originating roles in Alexa Derman’s The Creature, directed by Sarah Blush, and Shakespeare’s The Winter’s Tale, directed by Ioanna Katsarou. In 2025, he participated in the CONCRETE Immersive Theatre Intensive, working with Stefanie Batten Bland, Dan Safer, and Leslie Kraus to create devised, physical, and immersive performance work.
 
In film, Santiago starred in Stephen Scarpulla’s Saint and directed Las cosas que caen.
 
Upcoming work includes the premiere of Mayonnaise Rizadas and Gatorade, an untitled solo adaptation of the play, another solo show titled The Many Lives of Santiago Molina, and new ensemble pieces Narcissus Reimagined and Jane Henderson Never Left Texas.
 
He is currently expanding his career into international independent film and theater, with plans to live between Europe, New York, and Colombia.
